Lilliana Vazquez
Lilliana Vazquez is brings a vibrant, fresh and contemporary point of view to American Latino TV and is a wonderful example of a truly modern American Latina.
She was born in Dallas, TX to Mexican and Puerto Rican parents who always stressed the importance of culture and having a sense of heritage. Lilliana got a very early start in the entertainment business as a child model and went on to star in national print ads and commercials all by the age of ten. Her studies then took her to the George Washington University where she majored in International Business and Communications and graduated with honors. During school, she got her start on the radio as a reporter for WRGW and later went on to work for NPR in Washington, D.C.
She moved to New York to pursue her interest in Fashion, but when NYC-TV asked her to host one of their top shows, she couldn’t pass up the opportunity. Lilliana has since covered red carpet events, concerts, gallery openings and sat down with some of today’s top actors, designers and directors.
She is committed to being a positive role model and to using her role on television as a platform for empowering young Latinos.
