Nancy
Co-Host - American Latino TV
Born and raised in San Jose, California, Nancy has three college degrees, earning a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism at San Jose State University. As an honor student, Nancy got a dozen scholarships. The most prestigious one was given to the top five students and she was the only Mexican; the only Latina to receive it. She's always working hard to represent and make her raza proud.
She has traveled to over 10 countries and can't wait to go to Japan. Nancy has completed internships with Fox and Telemundo in the Bay Area. "I've done jobs such as interviewing the San Jose Sharks to Ritchie Valens' family." At SJSU, she was a part of a half-hour, student-run newscast where she not only anchored, but wrote, edited and produced.
Nancy loves taking road trips, having fun and simply being a girlie girl, doing her nails, make-up, and most of all, Rock-a-billy culture. From the music to the cars to the hair, she's all about it!
Nancy has a big heart, sponsoring a little girl in Guatemala for over seven years, donating to Greenpeace, the Catholic missionaries and the unfortunate in other countries. She figures, "Well, those $10 or $20 I would spend on a glass of wine or make-up, I can donate them instead and make a lil' difference."
