Official AIM TV Viewer Club Contest Rules

No Purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries.
Promotion Period: - AIM TV VIEWER CLUB Promotion is ongoing and each contest is different.

Join@aimtv.tvAll entries become the property of AIM Tell-A-Vision (Division of Artist and Idea Management, Ltd.) and American Latino TV, LLC (hereafter referred to as "ALTV"). Only one entry per person will qualify.
Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen (at random) from among all (emailed and postal mail combined) of the qualifying emailed entries received or within a local marketing geographic area for local promotions and contest. The winner's names and information may be displayed and/or announced on American Latino TV or LatiNation, or other marketing materials promoting AIM TV and AIM TV VIEWER CLUB promotional program.
Prizing: Grand Prize Includes: Prizes will vary individually as will their approximate value.
Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of the continental United States. To qualify for some prizes some winners may have to prove that they are 18 years of age or older or in some cases 21 years of age or older. Employees and vendors of AIM Tell-A-Vision, Maximas Productions, American Latino TV, LLC or LatiNation, advertisers and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies (and the immediate families of each) are not eligible for. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules ("Official Rules"), by the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to this Contest and acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.
Winners will be notified via telephone, email or regular mail. Any potential winners and participants (winner's guest) must prove eligibility, including verification of age, residence within 7 (seven) days of notification. In the event of noncompliance or if unable to reach the winner within 3 (three) days, such potential Winners shall be disqualified as a Winner and all rights of being a Winner shall be terminated and an alternate winner will be chosen at random from among all of the remaining entries received in ALTV's and AIM TV's sole discretion.
Arrangements for the fulfillment of the any Prizes will be made by ALTV. ALTV and ALTV Partners and clients reserve the right in its sole discretion to substitute any and all prizes with prizes; all prizes are non-transferable. Any potential Winners and their guests, as a condition of entry, may be asked to sign (i) an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and release ALTV and any and all sponsors and their corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, advertising agencies, and any other participating sponsors, and their respective employees, from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Contest or the use or acceptance of any of the elements of the Prize; and (ii) except where prohibited, a promotional release granting the right to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entry into this Contest constitutes Winners' willingness to sign such releases. The Winners and their guests must complete all legal documents and return them to ALTV within 7 (seven) days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance may result in disqualification. Any violation of these official rules by Winners or their guest (as determined in ALTV's sole discretion) will result in the Winner's potential disqualification as Winner of the contest and all privileges as Winners may be immediately terminated. ALTV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse threaten or harass any other person.
No responsibility is assumed for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by a participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest. ALTV and sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, networks, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or misdirected mail from mail delivery services or media on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web Site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. If for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason ALTV and any and all sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by ALTV are final.
ALTV and AIM TV and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies maintain no control over the personnel, equipment, or operation of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, or other person or entity furnishing service, products, or accommodations as a part of the prize provided under this contest, since AIM TV AND ALTV are merely independent suppliers of some of the contest prizes and are in no way related to the other suppliers. The AIM TV and ALTV and entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of those suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors, (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation that is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any of those suppliers, (3) by the wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of AIM TV and ALTV or their entities, or (4) by any cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the control of AIM TV or ALTV and their entities.
Upon receipt of the Prize, the Prize Winners are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the Prize may be taxable as income and the Prize Winners are solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due in connection therewith. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, address, photograph, testimonial or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes without compensation to the winner to the extent permitted by law.
AIM TV and ALTV and any other contest sponsors and entities shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prizes provided pursuant to the Contest.
Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The potential Prize Winner(s) are responsible for all taxes, insurance and other fees including any transportation required but not provided by AIM TV or ALTV and their affiliates and subsidiaries. The contest is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
