What This Privacy Policy Covers This policy covers how AIM Tell-A-Vision (AIM-TV) and Maximas Productions (divisions of Artist and Idea Management, Ltd.), American Latino TV, LLC (ALTV), Sonidos and LatiNation treats personal information that AIM-TV collects and receives, including information related to your past use of AIM TV products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, birth date or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Information Collection and Use General AIM TV collects personal information when you register with AIM TV via American Latino TV or LatiNation Viewer Surveys or Americanos or when you use AIM TV, ALTV or LatiNation Products and Services and supply us with information.

AIM TV uses information for the following general purposes: to keep viewers informed about the shows progress, upcoming shows and events of interest, fulfill requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
Information Sharing and Disclosure AIM TV may occasionally rent, sell, or share personal information about you with our partner companies, sponsors, etc. to provide our viewers products or services we believe may be of interest to them.
